Leadership is our Sixth Pillar, added to our original Five Pillars in Spring 2006. We encourage our members to take the initiative, and set a good example for others to follow. One need not be a Type A personality to live in the Coop, and to be involved in our expanding non-resident Cooperative Network. Shy people are quite welcome, and often do quite well in a cooperative. There are many ways to be a leader, loud and quiet. | |
