Environmental Sustainability is one of our Six Pillars. We recycle, compost, grow much of our own food in two backyard gardens and in two front yard cold frames. In the years to come, we will harvest berries and fruit when our orchard matures. We weatherize our basement in winter, and practice energy conservation all year round.
